Fitness Classes Being Offered at Coharie

  • Low impact aerobics at 10:00am, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Bring your weights (Joann Kerr)

  • Men’s Flexibility class Mondays at 5:30pm (Nancy Brake)

  • Beginning October 4th, Lisa Turlington will offer a Yoga/Pilates class on Mondays at 6:30pm. Please call Nancy Heath ASAP if interested (910) 990-2999. Bring a yoga mat
