The Golf Course

Coharie Country Club is an 'old style' course that has the distinction of being the first designed by Ellis Maples. The original nine holes opened in 1947. The course features two distinct sides. The front is a bit longer and is more open while the back side features tree lined fairways and is much narrower. A feature of the course are relatively small greens. It presents a challenge for any level of player.

HOLE 1 - Par 4 Blue 368 - White 351 - Green 310 - Gold 275 - Red 275 Hole 1 at CCC is a medium length par 4 with a slight dogleg left. There is water on the left and out of bounds on the right. The right side of the fairway is preferred.
