2024 ANNUAL MEETING

The annual members meeting (formerly called the stockholders meeting) will be held on Monday, February 12 beginning at 6pm in the Coharie ballroom. We encourage all members to attend. Membership and finances of the club will be discussed. This is also an opportunity to voice any concerns you have.

 We request members that are not able to attend appoint another member as their proxy. The proxy form is on the last page of this newsletter.
