2025 Annual Meeting Recap

The 2025 Annual Meeting was held on Monday, February 10 in the ballroom with 41 members in attendance. Several topics were discussed. Steve Wiechman was introduced as the new General Manager and was available to meet and talk to members before the meeting. President Randy Barefoot presented information on the finances of the club. Major improvement for 2024 include new pool pump, upgrade to fire alarm system, floor tile replace in area between the dining room and bar, and repairs to the driving range and addition of new nets. There will be a dues increase with the funds being used for repairs that include ceiling tile replacement, HVAC repairs, painting, work on the doors, and pool maintenance. Thanks were given to outgoing board members Nancy Heath and Mandy DuBose. Holden DuBose, CharlesAnna Williams and Brandon Williams were nominated for 3-year terms and John Goetke for a 2-year term. All were approved. Holden DuBose will be the president for 2025, Jeff Nethercutt will be vice president, Yvonne Rackley will be secretary, and Vanna Prestage will serve as the Prestage representative on the board. Weekday green fees will be increased to $45 and weekends to $55. The new membership dues are as follows:

 Full Family Membership $215.00/month + $50 food minimum

Junior Membership $150.00/month + $50 food minimum

Non-Resident out of town membership $104.17/month + $50 food minimum

Out of County-Contiguous County $79.17/month

Out of County-Non-Contiguous County $50.00/month

Social Membership $175.00/month + $50 food minimum

Widow Membership $80.00/month + $50 food minimum
