It's hard to believe that this summer starts my 10th summer as pool manager at Coharie. I have really enjoyed this job; plus it keeps me in touch with "the younger generation"!

Summer is almost here! Repairs are being made, supplies are being ordered, the pool will soon be filled, and the umbrellas and chairs will be out soon.

 The pool will be available for parties on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00-8:00 pm and also on Saturday mornings from 10:00-12:00. If there is a party, the pool will be closed except for the party. If you’re thinking about having a pool party this summer, you may want to go ahead and call me or the club (910-592-6745) to reserve the pool since there are limited days when it will be available.

The pool will open Saturday, May 28, at 11:00 a.m., and will be open through Memorial Day, May 30. We will be closed Tuesday, May 31, through Friday, June 3, but will open full-time for the summer on Saturday, June 4, at 11:00 a.m. Here are our 2022 lifeguards:
